Enjoy the festivities, and keep up the wonderful work. Lady in the blue T, I love you.

loved seeing the T-shirts – I wish I had started my collection sooner. I have just begun to cut the shirt images in preparation for making a T-shirt quilt. Some of the shirts are Folkways shirts, and one is the SI 150th birthday shirt. I hate cutting them, but there are so many, I don’t have time to wear them all. Thanks Ann and Pete for sharing.

Correction to message of 7/07/2011 – THANKS Arlene and Pete (not Ann) – my lapse in memory.
QUESTION: Is there a T-shirt archive of any kind that would provide identification as to year of a particular T-shirt, since many do not have a year printed. For instance, the shirt in image 14 above (orange with dragon), does not have a year, or program identification – and of course, I did not bother to record that information myself. I hope someone can help regarding this shirt, as well as others.
Thanks.

The shirt you asked about is from the 2007 “Mekong River: Connecting Cultures” program.

Correction! Our designer reports that the orange T-shirt with the dragon is from the 2008 Bhutan program.
