The Funk Brothers: Stop in the Name of Love

The Funk Brothers, a coalescence of talented studio musicians, backed over eighty #1 singles. From 1959 to 1972, the group supported the rise of multiple Motown icons. Here the Funk Brothers perform “Stop in the Name of Love” (1965).

Videography by Michael Headley, Sean Yanosh, and Hassanah Thomas; edited by Michael Headley.
