Festival Audio – Christylez Bacon

Christylez Bacon is a GRAMMY-nominated progressive hip-hop artist and multi-instrumentalist from Southeast Washington, D.C. Here he showcases his many skills as he strums the guitar while rhyming and providing funky beatbox rhythms all in one wonderful track entitled “Pedestrian.”

This recording was made on July 5, 2012, at the Good Hope and Naylor stage of the Citified program at the Smithsonian Folklife Festival on the National Mall. The audio was engineered by Keith Stephens. The track is nearly 7 minutes in duration. Enjoy!
