    The Will To Adorn program at the 2013 Smithsonian Folklife Festival explored the identity and culture of African Americans through the lens of dress. During one session, Johnnetta B. Cole, director of the Smithsonian’s National Museum of African Art, highlighted the contributions to society and the influential fashion styles of two prominent civil rights leaders.
