Often, the best way to communicate a performance is through the perspective of the audience. At this performance by the of the Zhejiang Wu Opera Troupe, a particularly dramatic moment of Wu Opera was caught by Flickr user Cris Birch.

The Wu Opera Troupe of Zhejiang Province performs daily in the Moonrise Pavilion. Founded in 1956 and known for reviving traditional Chinese operas and performing new works, the troupe represents a synthesis of music, dance, and acrobatics.
