Festival Food Concessions

Taste traditional cooking from around the world at our Festival food concessions.

All food concessions are open from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. each day of the Festival. Some concessions stay open until the conclusion of the evening concerts and on July 4.

In an effort to meet environmental sustainability goals set forth by the National Park Service and the Smithsonian Institution, concessionaires are using all recyclable and/or biodegradable products, including trash bags, clamshells, flatware, napkins, cups, etc. The generators that power their equipment run on bio-diesel.

FREE FILTERED WATER is available at three stations on the Festival grounds. The water is treated through a five-stage reverse osmosis filtration system. It’s better than bottled! And it’s part of our efforts to bring you a greener Festival.
